Real-Life Fitness
for Parents
Hi there,
Life as a parent is busy and tiring. You’re managing a lot, and on top of it, you still need to take care of your own health . Not to chase an idealized version of fitness, but to have a body that works. One that gets through the day, lets you play with your kids, and handles what life throws at you without burning out or breaking down.
That’s what this exercise cohort is for.
I’m opening a space for parents who want to feel better, move better, and stay strong in a way that fits their life. No extremes — just steady progress, a plan built around you, and someone in your corner who understands the realities of a diaper-filled life.
I take the time to get to know each person, so your program makes sense for where you’re starting and what you need.
You’ll have coaching, feedback, and a place to check in — so you’re not doing this alone.
— Jon (and Baby K)
