In this workshop, Einar and Jon will be going through practical examples, exercises and strategies that allows your to build a body that is as resilient as the demands that are placed upon it - both in and outside of the gym.

- Task-centered exercises
Increasing movement variety and variability by using movement to solve tasks.
The key to great mobility is to understand how mobility actually becomes improved.
Instead of focusing on methods (of which there are plenty) we will instead go through governing principles.
By doing so, we will develop holistic and sustainable strategies towards increasing ranges of motion to individual needs.
Perfecting the squat is all about learning how to squat in more ways than one.
Jon will take you through an extensive selection of squats, teach you how and when to apply them and provide you with mental strategies that let you squat with greater ease.
- From rehab to performance
A joint by joint approach, with exercises at different levels of progression that you can apply to different scenarios - whether that be in a rehabilitation setting or for optimizing performance.
- Lower back
Einar’s goal is to give you as many tools as possible, and present tactics and theory as to how, when and why you should use the exercises presented.
